Shipping Policy

The Flavor Club currently offers FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Chapter Apparel & Membership Orders
Flavor Club Chapters are produced after the monthly ordering window closes. Because these items are made specifically for that Chapter, production time occurs before your order ships.

Once your order leaves our facility, standard transit typically takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on the way.

Hot Sauce & Other Shop Orders
In-stock items such as hot sauce may ship sooner than Chapter apparel. If your order includes both apparel and hot sauce, items may ship together or separately depending on availability and fulfillment timing.

Shipping Area
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Delivery Delays
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier’s service.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible before fulfillment begins.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us through our Help & Contact page with your order number and any relevant details so we can help.
