Membership Terms

The Flavor Club offers prepaid 3-, 6-, and 12-month membership options. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms.

Membership Payment
Memberships are paid in full at the time of purchase. The total price covers the full selected term.

Monthly Fulfillment
Memberships are fulfilled one Chapter at a time each month. Each Chapter may include a limited-edition tee, recipe or story card, and other featured extras associated with that month’s theme.

Order Cutoff
Orders for each monthly Chapter close on the 30th of the month. Orders received after the applicable cutoff may be scheduled for the following Chapter cycle.

Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is included with all Flavor Club orders. Tracking information will be sent by email when your order ships.

Membership Term
A 3-month membership includes 3 monthly Chapters.
A 6-month membership includes 6 monthly Chapters.
A 12-month membership includes 12 monthly Chapters.

Prepaid memberships do not automatically renew unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

6-Month Membership Bonus
New 6-month memberships include one complimentary bottle of Rover Red Hot Sauce with the first shipment, while supplies last. The bonus has no cash value and is not redeemable separately.

Cancellations & Refunds
A prepaid membership may be canceled for a full refund before the first Chapter enters fulfillment or production.

Once fulfillment or production of the first Chapter has begun, the prepaid membership becomes non-refundable. The remaining Chapters included in the purchased term will continue to be fulfilled monthly.

Size Changes
Members may request a size change before the applicable monthly Chapter enters production. Size changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

No Skips or Pauses
Prepaid memberships are fulfilled monthly for the full purchased term and cannot be paused or skipped.

Limited-Edition Designs
Flavor Club Chapters are limited-run designs. Once a Chapter closes, the design may not be reproduced or offered again.

Product Availability & Substitutions
We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions to packaging, bonus items, or non-apparel extras when necessary due to availability, provided the overall value of the membership is maintained.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Changes to Membership Terms
We may update these Membership Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to future purchases and renewals and will not reduce benefits already included in an existing prepaid membership.
